At Leander Veterinary Clinic, our goal is to provide quality veterinary care in a timely manner. We have implemented a no show and cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of care. The following policy is regarding patients who fail to keep their scheduled surgery appointments.
Beginning August 1, 2021
❖ Patients who fail to show for their scheduled surgery appointment, and do not notify the office within 48 hours before their appointment, shall be subject to a “No Show/Cancellation” fee of $80.00. This fee will not be counted to loyalty reward points.
The clinic staff will attempt to call to confirm appointments 48 hours before your appointment. If you miss our call, please contact Leander Veterinary Clinic promptly to confirm or to cancel. This will allow us to re-assign this appointment to another client who is in urgent need of treatment.
To cancel or reschedule appointments call the clinic at 512-260-0400. If you have any problems getting through, you can leave a message with your name, appointment date and cancellation reason or request for rescheduling. You can also email us at
